Key detail that proves ‘without a doubt’ that Nancy Guthrie was kidnapped by more than one person
A former FBI agent has pointed out a significant detail that shows ‘without a doubt’ that the masked suspect in Nancy Guthrie’s kidnapping case didn’t act alone.
It has been over three weeks since the 84-year-old went missing from her Arizona home, with little sign so far that she will be safely returned.
Nancy Guthrie has been missing since the beginning of February
Guthrie, the mother of Today host Savannah Guthrie, is believed to have been abducted from her home.
So far, police have investigated DNA, blood samples, a discarded glove, and even a backpack found near to hear house, but no serious arrests have yet been made.
Her distraught family has also made several pleas for her safe return, even offering $1,000,000 of their own money as a reward.
The FBI and law enforcement have continued to investigate, but - according to one knowledegable observer - they might have missed a key detail.
Significant detail could show more than one suspect
One of the cornerstones of the investigation has been several photos and a video showing a masked man wearing a balaclava, carrying a gun in a holster, and with a flashlight in his mouth, carrying a backpack.
However, there is a theory developing that there is more than one suspect, and an ex-FBI agent has spotted a key clue.
It’s potentially a walkie-talkie, suggesting accomplices and coordination.
Jennifer Coffindaffer, the former bureau agent in question, wrote: “Porch Guy [the suspect] definitely had an accomplice and maybe more than 1!
“No way you commit this abduction by yourself.
“See the antenna? See the handheld walkie-talkie?
“They were coordinated.
“Don't be too sure that the guy with no gun and no backpack wasn't an accomplice.
“So many cases where bad guys choose to dress alike.
“The source could be right- Different days.
“But without a doubt, Porch Guy had help!”
To date, there has been no official confirmation that the police are seeking more than one suspect, but that doesn’t mean that they aren’t.
In fact, they might simply not be making that information public.
So, they may already know this and are circling in on some potential targets.
Is there a break in the case coming? We’ll have to wait and see.
