A group of twisted fraternity brothers at Cornell University have allegedly taken advantage of a drugged university student.
It is claimed in a new lawsuit that the frat brothers had drugged the 20-year-old with ketamine before gang-raping her, as one of the sick students texted that there was “free p***y" while she was unconscious.
The case involves seven members of the Chi Phi fraternity at the Ivy League university, located in upstate New York.
Now, they are being sued by the anonymous student, who also alleged that she was “commanded” by one of them to snort the drug off of his erect genitalia, while being sexually attacked by the others.
The incident occurred in October 2024, according to a filing made in the Manhattan Supreme Court.
One of the male students allegedly messaged 'free p***y' into a Snapchat group titled 'Chi Phi Actives,' at 1.42 AM, as reported by the New York Post.
The screenshot was included in the court filing, as the individual had invited others to the frat bedroom where the young woman was.
Someone responded, 'This is crazy work,' while another reportedly added, 'Like you can walk in and whip it out.'
The college would later give those involved a chance to “mitigate their conduct by submitting essays,” the chilling filing read.
Now, the young woman is pushing back, as the suit claims that Cornell 'created an environment where sexual assault and rape of persons such as Plaintiff would be tolerated'.
It also claims that they failed to 'discipline or remove' students, coming after some soft reporting of the incident at the time.
The plaintiff has claimed that she left her family and flew across the country to go to Cornell years ago, and 'immediately encountered a glorified – yet materially false and misleading façade of Cornell University Greek life'.
She is no longer a student at the top university.
The suit said that the incident changed her trajectory, with events that night turning from an evening out with sorority sisters to a scarring sexual assault that allegedly lasted hours.
The plaintiff and her sorority sisters met up with one of the defendants at a Tudor-style frathouse mansion after a night of bar-hopping, according to documents.
After she declined his offer of a threesome with two frat bros, he then pressured he to snort ketamine for the first time, while ingesting marijuana and a high-proof rum.
It's said that the defendants then 'began engaging in sexual acts with Plaintiff, all without her consent', with the filing stating that this included oral and vaginal intercourse.
When one left, another took his place, as frat members started pouring lines of ketamine over the woman's body and snorting them, following the alleged sickening text.
The suit even claims that one poured a line of the drug “onto his erect penis and commanded that Plaintiff snort it, which she did.”
This continued until 5:45 AM, the suit details, with the attack being reported to campus and Ithaca police the following week, with seven accused students placed on suspension.
In a statement at the time, Cornell said: “The behavior that has been outlined in the many allegations received is abhorrent and cannot be tolerated within our community.”
While many of the accused have deleted their LinkedIn pages, some appear to have kept studying at Cornell.
This isn't the first occurrence at the university, as back in 2022, Cornell banned all fraternity parties after four young women claimed they were drugged and raped inside frat houses.
